Choosing to develop a course abroad can seem like a daunting task. Experienced faculty tell us that it is an incredibly rewarding experience, but we also know it is a lot of work. We are here to help you make the process more manageable. We have years of experience and can draw from expert faculty leaders to provide you the guidance and the tools to make your program happen.

The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences offers over 10-15 ISU courses in other countries each year. These programs are as varied as the faculty who lead them, but essentially include an on-campus component during the fall or spring semesters, with an international field trip during one of the university breaks (fall, winter, spring or summer). Travel ranges from 10 days to 6 weeks, with varying topics and credits earned.

To propose a program, visit the Education AbroadĀ Online Proposal Form.
